By using or downloading materials from this website, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, do not use or download materials from this website.
These Terms and Conditions explain the contractual agreement between Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd and yourself regarding your use of the website and any activities and transactions you may conduct through the website.
Review these Terms and Conditions each time you visit Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd website. By using the website after a change to these Terms and Conditions, you will have accepted the changes.

ORDERS
All orders must be received in writing, by email. Any amendments to your order must also be received in writing.
All items ordered must be paid with a 50% deposit on placement of the order and the remaining 50% prior to the order being dispatched.
For all orders, delivery times are quoted at the time the order is placed and are subject to receipt of any full payment/any balancing payment prior to dispatch.
Lead times are calculated from the date of receipt of payment and usual lead times range from ten (10) weeks to fourteen (14) weeks. Lead times will increase due to high demand or for larger than usual order quantities.
Balance is due upon completion, prior to shipping of products. Upon completion of your order, you will have a total of four (4) weeks from the date that you are notified to arrange final payments of all remaining balances i.e. 50% on the order and to make the necessary shipping arrangements.
If an order is paid in full but still remains in Tuwajuwe fOr Subira’s storage, the storage fees will still be applicable after the two (2) weeks grace period. Only after the payment of such fees has been paid will the goods be available for collection by yourself.
All products are the property of Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd until payment is received in full. Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd reserves the right to defer the dispatch date until the balance of the order is received.
There are no required minimums when purchasing at Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd. Open credit Terms will be considered on a case by case basis after the first pro- forma order.
PRODUCTS
Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue products or change specifications on products.
Many finishes are manufactured by hand and may vary in colour, tone and character. While Tuwajuwe fOr Subira will make every effort to match each finishes, no guarantees can be made of an exact match. Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd does not guarantee finishes against fading and oxidation throughout the years. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.
Variations in colour and veining are inherent in stone, marble, glass and wood and considered to be part of the natural beauty of the material.
PAYMENT
Prices are in Sterling and VAT is included. Prices are exclusive of freight, duties and export taxes.
Orders of a hig h value or custom nature may require special payment Terms to be agreed prior to accepting the order.
Where payment is made by a UK customer with a credit account, payment must be made within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Our preferred payment method is by bank transfer. In the USA, cheques are accepted but ten (10) business days must be allowed for clearance. A shipping date cannot be confirmed until the cheque has cleared.
Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd will not accept local bank charge deductions. Separate charges may apply for country specific import certification requirements such as SASO, EUR1, ATR1, IECEE and Certified Invoices for customs clearance.
PRICING
Prices always refer to single unit and VAT is included in the price. All legal taxes and fees must be subsequently added to the price.
Standard packaging is included in the price. Should you require specific packaging, it will be charged accordingly.
The amounts on our price list are in Pound Sterling. These amounts are public. Other amounts, previously advertised or in public domain are not the official ones.
The product price does not include all shipping costs or fees, for more information on shipping, please contact Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd for details.
Each time there is a request to change the delivery address, time, location or similar information on an invoice already signed and paid for in advance; there will be an additional charge of £170.
USA clients – After payment is received, it is not possible to change the information on your invoice i.e. delivery location and address.
DAMAGE AND RETURNS
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product, and where liable, Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd will endeavour to rectify the situation as promptly as possible. Please help us by following the below procedure.
All products must be thoroughly inspected for damages in the presence of delivery driver if possible. Any damages must be noted upon delivery with signed proof of delivery form. No exceptions. No claims will be honoured otherwise.
Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd must be notified should you detect any damages with the product received, please provide a written claim with photographic evidence supporting your allegation to Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd within three (3) business days after reception and submit the claim via email.
Failure to make a claim within three (3) business days after receipt of the product constitutes acceptance of the product and a waiver of claims.
Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd is not responsible for 3rd party shipping, damages during shipping, nor applicable customs duties, taxes, or VAT associated with international shipments.
A signature from your chosen courier on collection confirms that they are receiving your order in good condition, and that boxes have been labelled in accordance with their specifications. Your shippers should provide you with the necessary insurance to cover your order.
CANCELLATIONS
Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd does not offer refunds once order. Only time Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd issues full refund is when cancellation is done within three (3) business days of order confirmation. No cancellations will be accepted outside of these periods. Any cancellation outside the three (3) business days will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
All Ex Works collections must be made within two (2) weeks of being advised by Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd that orders are ready to collect, after which storage charges will apply per month (or part thereof) at £260 per month or 4% of order value whichever is greater. If products are not paid in full within six (6) months of being completed and ready for shipping, Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd reserves the right to retain the products and consider the order cancelled without refund.
SHIPPING
As a service to our customers, Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd will arrange the shipping of orders via one of our preferred carriers. Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd reserves the right to charge an extra amount (the amount depending on the value cost from the shipping company) on the shipping price if you postpone the dispatch of the product within three (3) business days or less prior to the agreed departure date.
Should you choose to manage your own freight and delivery, Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd must be notified of the specific details of the shipping. The handling fee for your pick-up will be according to the invoice value. Ownership of the product transfers to you upon the freight carrier taking possession of the order for shipping.
Therefore, responsibility for damage occurring in-transit is yours and all claims for freight damage must be made within three (3) business days of receipt. Freight claims must be filed directly with the selected carrier. Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd is not responsible for you using your own or third party freight damage and claim.
If damage has occurred in transit, all packaging must be retained by receiver. Failure to do so will invalidate any claim.

Shipment of furniture and other vulnerable product is by quotation and may include crating charges. Special shipping will be quoted on individual basis, provided for White Glove delivery service throughout Great Britain & Western
Europe. This bespoke service includes delivery, unpacking, removal of all packing materials and products placed
directly in the room you specify.
DELAY
All quoted completion and delivery dates are estimates only. Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd shall not be liable for delays in completion, shipment, or default in delivery for any reason of force majeure or for any cause beyond Manufacturer or Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd reasonable control including, but not limited to, government action, war, riots, civil commotion, embargoes or martial laws, Manufacturer’s inability to obtain necessary materials from its usual sources of supply, shortage of labour, raw material, production or transportation facilities or other delays in transit, labour difficulty involving employees of Manufacturer or others, fire, flood or other casualty, or other contingencies of manufacture or shipment.
In the event of any delay in Manufacturer’s performance due in whole or in part to any cause beyond Manufacturer’s reasonable control, Manufacturer shall have such additional time for performance as may be reasonably necessary under the circumstances. Acceptance by yourself of any products shall constitute a waiver by yourself of any claim for damages on account of any delay in delivery of such products.
WEBSITE POLICY
Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms and Conditions set forth in this Agreement, grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display this website and the information, images and text thereon. You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of the website in any way.
You may download one copy only of the Content to be used only by you for your non-commercial personal use unless stated otherwise. If you download any Content, you may not remove any copyright or trademark notices or other notices that go with it. You agree not to distribute or reproduce any of the Content downloaded by you.
All materials on this website, including but not limited to audio, images, software, text, methodologies and video clips (collectively referred to as the ‘Content’) are protected by copyright laws and international conventions. You cannot use the Content, except as specified herein. You agree to follow all instructions on this website limiting the way you may use the Content.
There are proprietary logos and trademarks found on this website belonging to Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd or other organisations. By making them available on this website, is not granting you any licence to utilise those proprietary logos or trademarks. All products are exclusive designs belonging to Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Lts. Please do not submit design sheets featuring Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Lts products to other manufacturing companies. Any manufacturer found to be re-producing Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Lts designs will be breaching copyright or EU Design Right laws.
You may not use the website
To send, receive, upload, download, store, archive, use or re-use any information or material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, abusive, threatening, menacing, harassing, indecent, or in breach of confidence, copyright, privacy or any other rights. To cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety. To send or provide unsolicited advertising or promotional material or to receive responses to any unsolicited advertising or promotional material sent or provided by any third party using the website or Other than in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and policies for the acceptable use of any Linked websites.
WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER
There are no warranties with our products. When issues arise, Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd reserves the right to determine whether a replacement or repair is most appropriate. Defective products will be either fixed or replaced within the normal production time period required to reorder and manufacture the replacement product.
Many wood and metal finishes are applied by hand and may vary in colour, tone and character. While Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd will make every effort to match a finish, no guarantee can be made of an exact match. Manufacturer does not guarantee finishes against fading and oxidizing.
Furniture and lighting are handmade, and therefore is subject to slight variations. Glass table tops are not anchored to the base upon arrival, and thus does not guarantee maximum stability upon placement.
STORAGE
Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd does not have large storage facilities. If not possible to deliver the products to site within the agreed lead time, you will need to arrange an alternative storage location which ideally will need to be humidity controlled and suitably wrapped for safe keeping. The cost of this will be borne by yourself and not by Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd.
The limited storage facilities available in Tuwajuwe fOr Subira’s safe and secure London storage, however storage charges are applicable. Please contact Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd as early as possible should you wish to store your products for any length of time and a quotation will be provided. Please note that storage charges will automatically start two weeks after the point of completion.
Due to limited space, larger orders cannot be stored in our storage facility and will have to be taken to a secure humidity controlled storage units and suitably wrapped for safe keeping. The cost of this will be borne by the yourself and not by Tuwajuwe fOr Subira Ltd
